Job Description:
- Logistics Coordination: Scheduling, loading, and dispatching vehicles, equipment, or products to meet customer needs.
- Route Planning & Monitoring: Developing efficient delivery routes and tracking vehicles to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communication Hub: Acting as the primary contact between drivers, customers, and internal departments via radio, telephone, or email.
- Documentation & Compliance: Preparing invoices, shipping labels, and keeping accurate logs of all outgoing shipments.
- Problem Solving: Resolving issues related to delays, accidents, or inventory shortages.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 1-3 years in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel),
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressur
