Working on Process bottlenecks, plan B & plan C to improve the plant performance   Effective implementation of systems are of 5S, TPM-JH,KK,QM,PM, Safety, SOP’s, DMR, SAP, ISO/TS 16949, etc. Actions, analyse & monitor for non conformance by root cause analysis & elimination through ABC analysis, why-why (6W2H), fault tree analysis and various QC tools. Active participation in developing the new components for process selection, process parameters, selection of tool & tooling’s w.r.t. quality & customer requirements. Process & manufacturing cost reduction by analysis & actions on losses, wastages(MUDAS), improvement in Takt time & implementing the concepts of Lean, TPM, Kaizen, Pokayoke, 5S, Single piece flow, Automation, etc. Establish implement and maintain quality system and other documentation required as per ISO/TS 16949. Lead the implementation of new manufacturing initiatives, including strategic resource allocation and applying good manufacturing principles, organization structure, leadership, sourcing and integration, production systems and techniques for improved efficiencies and adherence to best practice. New Product Development /Vendor Up gradation in line of new business development for the Organization. Monitor and improve the results, goal setting & improvements by PQCDSM.
