Implementing ISO/TS16949, 5’s and FORMELQ
To improve machine uptime (MTBF)
To improve machine repairs time (MTTR)
Maintained machine history card
To handle electrical supply system I.e.HT &Lt side
Maintenance of hydraulic system/ pneumatic system/ to develop ladder logic of PLC, AC, DC & Servo Drive
Keeping spare in ready operational condition and maintenance of utility equipment
Capable of handling electromechanical device Is. robot, chiller, ultrasonic welding m/c
Presentation of monthly PRM
Taking outside service appointment & spare management
Recording Daily Activity Report for Meter Reading (main transformer, all panel) &Organize receivable &commercial
