HR Executive (Compliance & Operations)

Position: Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – HR

• Location: Waluj MIDC, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
• Experience Required: 5 to 7 years in a manufacturing/factory environment
• Education: MBA in HR / MSW / MPM or equivalent post-graduation in Management

Key Responsibilities

1. Factory Compliance & Statutory Management

• Ensure 100% compliance with the Factories Act, 1948, and all relevant state amendments.
• Manage end-to-end documentation, licensing, and renewals under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act (CLRA).
• Oversee timely statutory submissions and returns for EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, and LWF.
• Maintain all mandatory registers, forms, and displays as required by labor authorities.

2. Audit Management & Customer Interface

• Act as the primary HR face for Customer Audits, ensuring compliance with customer codes of conduct and social accountability standards.
• Lead and facilitate ISO (9001) and EMS (Environmental Management System - 14001) audits from the HR perspective, keeping training records, competency matrices, and safety documentation up to date.
• Coordinate with external government inspectors (Factory Inspector, Labour Officer) and handle compliance assessments smoothly.

3. HR Operations & Contract Labour Management

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of on-roll and contract employees, including onboarding, attendance management, payroll inputs, and full & final (F&F) settlements.
• Monitor contractor agencies to ensure they pay minimum wages, submit EPF/ESIC challans, and maintain correct muster rolls.
• Manage plant-level grievances, maintain discipline on the shop floor, and drive employee engagement activities.
