Designation: Manager/Asst. manager - Maintenance No. Of Vacancies: 02 Department: Maintenance-Machine Shop Tool Room Description: on hand experience in Maintenance of VMC Machines, Tool Room Exposure to TPM Key Result Areas:   •Identifying the areas of bottlenecks & breakdown; taking steps to achieve zero accident & customer complaints through the application of troubleshooting tools like Root Cause Analysis •Conducting Daily Basis Breakdown Analysis; managing electrical, mechanical & hydraulic activates •Preparing PM plan for Friday / Sunday (weekly off days) •Procuring material for breakdown, preventive maintenance and critical spare •Planning project activities such as new machine procurement, installation, layout, and so on •Performing new modification of existing machine; creating & maintaining PM Check Sheet on micro level •Administering utility project work such as HT Yard, LT Room, PCC & Main DB Panel Experience:  Minimum 6 Years CTC: No bar for right candidate.

Role & Responsibility:-   Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of PLC controlled SPM machine, Grinding Machines, Screw press, Plating  and hardening, tempering ,Nitriding furnaces.machine shop, SMTL Centre less grinding, CNC VMC Lathe Turning/facing, Groove grinding, Wet End, Straightening machines. Tool room tool holder Coordinating the maintenance team for troubleshooting and maintenance of Plant equipments, ensuring least possible downtime for production Planning & executing Planned/Preventive Maintenance activities to improve the machine functionality and prevent machine failure. Planning and implementing maintenance schedules of plant machinery to increase machine up time and equipment reliability. Performing WHY-WHY analysis to get the root cause of failure and implement counter measures to avoid future occurrence. Erection and commissioning of new machinery and providing detailed training to the operators Participating in Process Improvement activities for hazard free operations Executing Kaizen, Poke-Yoke and Continuous Improvement activities Spares management to optimize the availability of spares Supporting the TPM Pillar activities like Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvements & Education and Training Operation & maintenance of air compressors, Chiller pumps DG Set & other utility equipment,
