Doing Calibration of Assembly Process equipment. Working team member in six Sigma Project. Flow Chart, Fishbone diagram& CAPA Handle customer complaint and solve. Their Problem such NCR report & 8D report. Demonstrated strength in oral and written communications.  To maintain customer return records. Check incoming nonconformance & Supplier Action Plan.
