JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Attending all breakdowns of machines, Equipment & its Rectification
Handling & Maintenance of Air Compressor, Electrical Motors, Transformers, ACB
Maintenance of Forging machines(1T,2T,3T,5T,8T, LASCO Belt drop), Forging Press(400 Ton, 500 Ton, 600 Ton), Cutting m/c.
Handling breakdowns of Shot blasting m/c, Magnaflux m/c, Heavy Grinder, Heat Treatment Furnace (Oil & Induction), LT & Ht Panel.
Preventive Maintenance of all machines as per PM Schedule, Maintain history card & maintenance related data of Machine.
Control Panel wiring, Maintain unity P.f. of the plant.
Calculating MTTR, MTBF, Control the spares consumption.
Knowledge of MCC Panel, PCC Panel & APFC Panel, PLC, PNP sensors
Ensure availability of spare parts required for maintenance and raising PR
Induction Billet Heater [Ibh] Coils Connection
Robot Connectors And Working Trial
Hoists Maintenance
Replacing Faulty Limit Switches, Proxy PNP Sensors
During Servicing Of Transformers Set Up Work And Dg Sets
DM Water Plant, Cooling Towers
Motors Connections During Changing Motors
Heat Treatment Plant/Thermocouple
Taking Daily Readings Of Air Circuit Breaker, Vaccum Circuit Breaker, Ibh, Heat Treatment Plant And 33kv Ht Yard
