Job Description:
This dual-responsibility role combines front-end business development with back-end sales coordination. You will be responsible for identifying new industrial clients, managing technical RFQs, and ensuring smooth project flow from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the sheet metal, stamping, and fabrication sectors in the Hyderabad industrial region.
- Technical Estimation: Read and understand client engineering drawings (CAD) to provide accurate cost estimates based on material rates and fabrication complexity.
- Sales Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between customers and internal production teams to track order status and ensure on-time delivery.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing industrial clients and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Backend Support: Manage purchase orders, invoices, and quotations using SAP or other ERP systems.
- Payment Collection: Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering is typically preferred.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience specifically in sheet metal fabrication or heavy machinery.
