Job Description:

Accounts & Billing

  1. Prepare and record daily vouchers (cash, bank, and journal entries).
  2. Maintain accounts ledgers and reconcile balances regularly.
  3. Record and update invoices on tally & excel (sales and purchase bills).
  4. Track vendor and customer payments & follow up for dues.
  5. Assist in monthly closing and financial reports (expense summary, outstanding reports).
  6. Keep soft and hard copies of all bills and payment proofs organized.
  7. Record TDS & Advance Tax Liabilities

 Bookkeeping & Filing

  1. Maintain all physical files — invoices, receipts, vendor contracts, etc.
  2. Keep digital records updated in system folders or accounting software (as per your process).
  3. Label and index all files properly for easy retrieval.
  4. Support in preparing audit or tax documents when required.

 Travel & Logistics

  1. Book domestic/international flights, trains, and taxis as per travel plans.
  2. Handle hotel bookings — check prices, confirm reservations, and prepare travel itineraries.
  3. Manage travel expense claims — collect bills, verify them, and record in expense register.
  4. Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, and airlines for any changes or cancellations.

Purchase & Expense Recording

  1. Prepare purchase orders and follow up for deliveries/invoices.
  2. Maintain a record of purchases and compare with approved budgets.
  3. Enter all expenses (office, travel, petty cash) in the expense tracker or Excel.
  4. Ensure all supporting bills are attached for each expense entry.

General Office Support

  1. Maintain petty cash book and handle small office payments.
  2. Assist with vendor registration, documentation, and payment processing.
  3. Help in logistics coordination for goods dispatch or receipt.
  4. Support in preparing basic MIS reports and summaries for management.
  5. Office administrative & manage office.

Skills & Qualities Required

  • Basic knowledge of Excel, GST, TDS & Advance Tax.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and record-keeping habit.
  • Trustworthy with financial data and documents.
  • Ability to handle multitasking and deadlines.
